Kathmandu, 9 Jan. Night curfew was slapped on Simikot after 7 in the evening as a precautionary measure.
It was lifted in the morning and afternoon Wednesday.

ARMY CHIEF CONCLUDES NEPAL VISIT
Kathmandu, 9 Jan.: Army Chief Gen. Gaurab Shumshere JB Rana
concluded his New Delhi and flew out of the Indian capital to inspect
Indian military facilities Wednesday.
He was conferred honourary rank of general of the Indian Army by
President Pranab Mukherjee Tuesday.
Gen Rana returns home 15 January.

WOMAN DIES IN FIRE
Kathmandu, 9 Jan.: An elderly woman was burnt to death while basking in the fire in Siraha on Tuesday night, RSS reports from Lahan..
Ratna Maya Magar, 70, of Bishnupurkatti-3, died while she was basking in the fire at her home last night to prevent from cold waves.
Police has reached the incident site and confirmed that Magar's death was caused by fire .
