SHARE PRICES FALL FOR FOURTH DAY Kathmandu, 9 Jan,: Stock prices continued to fall for the fourth consecutive Wednesday. Nepse closed at 525.46 points after losing 3.4 points. Altogether 167,262 shares were traded for Rs.63.623 million in 920 transactions. nnnn OFFICIAL CONVICTED FOR GRAFT Kathmandu, 9 Jan.: A division bench of the supreme court with Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi Wednesday convicted former General Manager of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) Yubaraj Sharma for corruption. Sharma was convicted for amassing property disproportionate to his Income. He was sentenced Sharma to one year in prison and a . a fine of Rs 5.39 million along with confiscation of assets amounting to fine. Sharma was earlier cleared by the special court on technicality, CIAA filed charged against Sharma. Nnnn Kathmandu, 9 Jan.: A quake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale hit the truck far-West Wednesday afternoon at 1.30, according to National Seismological Centre. The epicenter was around Bajura district. The holt was felt in the neighbouring districts. Nnnn
