Kathmandu, 8 Jan. After the coldest day was recorded in the capital
Monday at -1.0 degrees Celsius Monday, temperature slipped further
Tuesday.
The mercury fell to -1.1 degrees Celsius, a meteorologist said.

BLANKETS TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN TERAI
