CHAIRMAN PACHANDA, PM BHATTARAI LEAVE FOR HETAUDA Kathmandu, 1 Feb.: Maoist Chairman Prachanda,, Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, who is also party vice-chairman, left the capital for Hetauda, accompanied other top leaders of the party leading the government, to participate in the party’s seventh general convention beginning Saturday. The party said preparations have been complete for a meeting to approve party policy and programmes..
