FORMER SECRETARY MANGAL KRISHNA SHRESTHA DEAD. Kathmandu, 15 Feb.: Former Secretary, Mangal Krishna Shrestha, passed away at his own residence on Friday morning, RSS reports. . He was 82. He was suffering from pneumonia for long Shrestha had served as secretary in different ministries including Commerce and Supplies and Works and Transport.
