Devraj Budhathoki, also known as Laxman of Kanchanapur VDC-6 in Banke district died on the spot after sustaining bullet injuries to his temple, according to District Police Office. Laxman and Khadka Kunwar were alone at home when they came across and played with the gun left abandoned.
