Constituent assembly elections, currents political issues, rights and other issues were discussed. The former US president Saturday sought permission from government Chief Khil Raj Regmi to monitor the coming assembly vote amid reports the Carter Center is working illegally without registering with government bodies as required by law. Carter sought permission Sunday from Chief Election Commissioner Neelkantha Uprety to monitor the coming vote..
