CPN MAOIST ISSUE DIRECT WRITTEN CIRCULAR TO SUPPORTERS TO DISRUPT ASSEMBLY VOTE Kathmandu, 27 March: Amid doubts second elections will be conducted in June, CPN Maoist has issued a circular to its workers to disrupt the vote, Annapurna Post and Naya Patrika report. The party has issued an ‘aggressive circular to save itself from ‘ a i9dentity crisis’. The party has been disrupt work of the election commission which is updating a voters’ list. Daily reports are filtering into the capital as party workers snatch laptops, generators and other equipment from officials in districts. Senior officials at th election commission have told officials consensus is need for a vote as 33 parties have come out openly against elections. “We must consider demands of parties like CPN Maoist ,Upendra Yadav and others,” NC President Sushil Koirala said in Kaski Tuesday.
