Addressing a two-day regional conference of National Democratic Youth Organization beginning from today in Ilam, he termed the election government led by the Chief Justice both 'sweet' and 'sour'.
He went on saying that he was happy to know the formation of election government headed by CJ but sad to see the protest by fringe parties immediately after the formation of the government.
'The country does not belong to the four major political parties. All parties should be consulted while taking a decision regarding the matter like election but the big giants took it as their personal asset', Thapa noted.
