FOUR PARTIES DEMAND ANNOUNCEMENT OF ELECTION DATE Katmandu, 29 March A meeting of the high-powered committee of four political powers behind the government of Khil Raj Regmi government is meeting Friday to ask government to formally announce date for the second constituent assembly election The high-powered body of chaired by Maoist Chairman Prachanda. CHAKRA PRASAD BASTOLA BEING AIRLIFTED TO CAPITAL FRIDAY FROM DELH;; HE W Kathmandu, 20 March: Chakra Prasad Bastola, is being airlifted to the capital from New Delhi where he was under treatment following a massive strike in an unconscious state. The treatment he’s receiving at the hospital in the Indian capital can continue in Nepal, persons close to Bastola said. Baastola, a former foreign and tourism minister, hasn’t fully recovered.
