FOUR POWER MEET INCONCLUSIVE
Kathmandu, 7 March: A meeting of four major political powers began their scheduled morning meet only at three in the afternoon Thursday was again inconclusive.
The parties agreed to meet again Friday to find an outlet to form an election government led by Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi by negotiating a package agreement.
An eight-member task force of the parties will first meet Friday and
present a report to the four political players.
Sher Bahadur Deuba said differences persisted on ranks of former
Maoist PLA fighters who have joied Nepal Army.
Deuba and Bhim Rawal of UML are close to an agreement by narrowing down differences.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai attended the meeting along with top party leaders in and our of government.
The premier said in Manang an election government led by
Chief Justice Regmi will be formed.
Regression will increases without such a government. Manang
where a meeting addressed by him was boycotted by parties.
