PRACHANDA, KHANAL HOLD DISCUSIONS WITH REGMI
Kathmandu, 16 March: Maoist Chairman Prachanda held separate
discussions with Chief of the interim election council Khil Rau Regmi
Friday.
The government led by Regmi has been charged with two main
responsibilities for holding second constituent assembly elections and
promulgating a constitution that has yet to institutionalize a declared
republic.
Besdies announcing election date for assembly elections, Regmi has to
expand government.
Only 11 retried special class government officials can e nominated in the Regmi government.

NO CRIPPLING BANDHS IN PROTESTS OF 22 PARTIES

PM BHATTARAI MOVES TO SANEPA
Kathmandu, 16 March: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has moved to
his house in Sanepa from Baluwatar.
All personal belongings were removed from the official residence of the
prime minister Friday.
