PRACHANDA, PRESIDENT DISCUSSIONS Kathmandu, 3 March: Maoist Chairman Prachanda and President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav held discussions on the current political situation Sunday. The discussions were held two days after a meeting of the head of state and leaders of Maoists leading the government and Madeshbadi Morcha and opposition NC and UML. Prachanda and UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal weren’t present at Friday’s meeting. Major parties haven’t yet agreed to o details of an election government led by Chief Justice Khil Raj Regmi. Nnnn
