PRESIDENT SIGNS ORDINANCE ENABLING GOVT. O MAKE APPOINTMENTS Kathmandu, 17 March: President Dr. Ram baran yadav Sunday signed an ordinance related tp appointments in constitutional bodies recommended by the government of kHil Raj Regmi government. Government did away with a constitutional provision for a parliamentary hearing to appoint persons to vacant positions. Regmi priority is to appoint election commissioners to conduct constituent assembly elections.
