PRINCIPAL PRESS SECRETARY TO TWO FORMER KINGS DEAD Kathmandu, 28 March: Narendra Raj Pandey, principal press secretary to former Kings Birendra and Gyanendra, died 16 March, an announcement of Mrigendra-Samjhana Chikitshak Guthi of which he was member and custodian said Thursday. He was 74. Pandey left behind a wife, son and daughter. He was ambassador to China Before joining royal palace service, the senior royal palace official worked with Radio Nepal English news section.
