PRINCIPAL PRESS SECRETARY TO TWO FORMER KINGS DEAD Kathmandu, 28 March: Narendra Raj Pandey, principal press secretary to former Kings Birendra and Gyanendra, died 16 March, an announcement of Mrigendra-Samjhana Chikitshak Guthi of which he was member and custodian said Thursday.
