SOME RELIEF REACHES FIRE VICTIMS Kathmandu, 10 March:: Different social organizations have distributed relief materials to the fire victims of Rayapur VDC in Sapatri district, RSS reports from Rajbiraj. Representatives of the social organizations arranged a tent this afternoon under the leadership of Chief District Officer Hari Raj Panta. The Marwari Sewa Samaj, Saptari, distributed rice, pulse and other foodstuffs to the fire victims. Similarly, Sadbhawana Party also provided each sari to the fire victim women and five kilograms of rice each family. Pradip Singh, Engineer at the Construction and Urban Division Office, Rajbiraj, said process for building construction to the fire victims has been started. The fire victims said that their entire property was gutted to cinder, as they were unable to bring out none of their materials from the houses. At least 44 houses of dalit settlement were gutted in the fire on Saturday evening. Nnnn FAST TRACK ROAD TO TERAI FROM VALLEY OPENED Kathmandu, 10 March: Light vehicles can now move over a fast track road from the Valley to the terai. Light vehicles can move between Jawalakhel and Nijgadh after Nepal Army completed the track, an Army announcement said. track
