UPDATE MEET BETWEEN FOUR POWERS INCONCLUSIVE Kathmandu, 5 March: A meeting between top leaders of four leading political players following efforts of a 8-membef force to remove obstacles and seek consensus for formation of a consensus government was inconclusive. Leaders agreed to continue discussions Wednesday. The parties in government and a coalition of Madeshbadi parties in government and opposition have resolved agreement on nine issues but differences remain on three points. The parties are attempting to reach agreement on election procedure of constituent assembly recommended on 5 June,, citizenship for voting, integration of Maoist combatants in Nepal Army, including their ranking, formation of a triuth and reconciliation commission and other issues. nnnn
