WOMAN JOURNALIST RECOMMENDED AS ELECTION COMMISSIONER Kathmandu, 20 March: Names of Ram Bhakta Thakur and Ila Sharma were recommended Wednesday by a high powered four-member body of four political groups and parties as lection commissioners. Sharma is a former woman journalist with The Rising Nepal, a lawyer and a victim of the Maoist insurgency.
