NEPAL CRICKET TEAM GETS VISAS FINALLY FOR BERMUDA
Kathmandu, 23 April: The national cricket team if flying for New Delhi later Tuesday for an onward journey to Bermuda where they
will play in the ICC
World Cricket League Division-III.
The team will collect their visas issued by the British
High Commission in New Delhi and catch a flight for London whey the team will take another
Connecting flight for the Caribbean island hosting the matches.
Nepal’s participation in the tournament became uncertain in this cricket crazy state after team members didn’t get their visas fro New Delhi.
Great Britain has an embassy in Kathmandu but visas are handled by the high commission in New Delhi.
The team will collect visas in New Delhi.
Nepalis do nt need passposts to travel to India.
Word of visas was received by Cricket Association of Napal at the last minute only.
