PRACHANDA BEGINS TALKS WITH NEW CHINESE LEADERSHIP WEDNESDAY Kathmandu, 17 April:” Maoist Chairman Prachanda begins talks with the new elected Chinese leadership in Beijing Wednesday. He reached the Chnesse capital Tuesday night from central China. Prachanda is scheduled to have talks Wednesday/Thursday with party and government leaders following an invite from the Communist Party of China. He returns home Saturday to proceed to New Delhi for talks with Indian leaders in New Delhi. NC formed a committee under late Bhim Bahadur Tamang to to discuss a a federal structure when a sssplit was threatened with calls for a federal ethnic structure.
