PRESIDENT CERTIFIES FOUR ORDINANCES RECOMMENDED BY BHATTARAI GOVT. Kathmandu, 11 April: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has certified four ordinances today [Thursday] in accordance with the Article 88 Sub Article 1 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal- 2063 BS, RSS reports.. The ordinances are Nepal Citizenship First Amendment Ordinance, 2069 BS, Amendment of Some Nepal Acts on Election Ordinance- 2069 BS and Civil Service Third Amendment Ordinance- 2069 BS and Nepal Health Service Ordinance Fourth Amendment- 2069 BS. This is stated in the communique issued by Officiating Secretary of the Office of the President, Maniram Ojha today. The cabinet had recommended the bills for certification a few days ago. The Civil Service and Health ordinances are again submitted as they were earlier returned from the Office of the President.
