PTACHANDA ARRIVES IN BEIJING TUESDAY Kathmandu, 16 April: Maoist Chairman Prachanda arrives in Beijing Tuesday for discussions with new Chinese leadership in the Chinese capital. .He arrives from Sichuan in central China. New Chinese party and government leaders will hold first talks with South Asian leaders in Beijing. Prachanda returns home Saturday and will proceed to India for discussions with Indian leadership.
