REGMI, PRACHANDA MEET AMID MAOIST DISSATISFACTION WITH GOVT. Kathmandu, 3 April: Khil Raj Regmi, chairman of the interim election council, held discussions with Maoist Chairman Prachanda at Baluwatar Wednesday morning.
