ILLEGAL ENROLLMENT IN CAMPUS OVERTURNED

The campus administration has decided to revoke the students' enrollment concluding that they were admitted illegally making the payments through group cheque, said Prof. Chiranjivilal Dev, Campus Chief.
The campus took the decision as some students close to the All Nepal National Free Students, and Madhesi Students Forum protested the act and torched furniture at the chamber of the Campus Chief.
The Campus investigated the case and decided to cancel the admission forging consensus among the student organizations, added Dev.

FORMER KING CAN CONTEST ELECTIONS SAYS MAOIST LEADER
Kathmandu, 21 May:: UCPN (Maoist) leader Krishna Bahadur Mahara has argued that former king Gyanendra Shah can vie for the Constituent Assembly (CA) seat if he wishes for so and it would not be taken otherwise, rSS reports from Nepalgunj.
Speaking at a press meet organised by Revolutionary Journalists´ Association Banke on Tuesday, leader Mahara said the former king could take part in the CA election from any political party if any accepts his candidacy.
"Door for possibilities is always open in politics and why should we be bias if someone wants to come with correction", he added.
He expressed his hope that government would announce the election date once homework to this effect was completed. The political parties opposing the election should be brought into a consensus, however, the election should not be postponed no matter what consensus was not possible, he said.
