At a news conference organized by the Revolutionary Journalists Association in Udayapur on Saturday, Mahara said major four political parties and the government were in talks regarding the polls date announcement. On the occasion, the UCPN (Maoist) leader said that the CA elections would be held at any cost, as dissenting 11 political parties except the CPN-Maoist were preparing to take part in the elections. Some elections were trying to foil the upcoming CA polls by raising the issue of appointment of Lok Man Singh Karki as the chief of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, Mahara claimed. nnnn
