The draft was suggested by the election commission. Major parties differon its contents and 33 parties are opposed to a constituent assembly vote. Nnnn PRESSURE COOKER BLAST CAUSES HE DAMAGE Kathmandu, 28 May: Property worth one million rupees was gutted by fire that broke out after a pressure cooker exploded while preparing meal, RSS reports from Morang.. The incident occurred at the house of Prem Nidhi Tiwari at Biratnagar Sub-metropolis Ward No. 10 after the pressure cooker exploded and the cooking gas cylinder nearby caught fire while preparing meal at around 8:30 pm Monday. Property worth around one million rupees was damaged in the incident, stated District Police Office, Morang. Locals and police brought the fire under control with the help of fire engines last night itself. nnnn
