Nnnn CHAIRMAN REGMI ON AERIAL INSPECTION OF KANCHANPUR, KAILALI IPDATE Kathmandu, 20 June’ After-ground inspection of damage and destruction in Darchula Thursday by early monsoon this week, Government Chief Khil Raj Regmi flew over Kanchanpur and Kailali districts on an aerial inspection. In Darchula, Chairman Regmi was greeted with resentment for late arrival of relief. NC spokesman Dilendra Badu, who hails from the far-West where flood and landslide damage was heaviest, blamed India squarely for erosion caused in Khaalanga.
