CONSTITUTION DELIENATION COMMISSION HASN’T STARTED WOIRK EVEN 11 DAYS AFTER FORMATION Kathmandu, 24 June: A commission to delineate electoral constituencies 1 hasn’t started work even 11 days after its formation, Arjun Subedi writes in Nagarik. The fivr-member commission is headed by former Supreme Court Justice Tariq Ali Ansari. It’s not clear who will administer oath of office and secrecy to the commission members. Government has asked the commission to start work which has tobe completed in 30 days. Nnnn .
