The yellow metal traded for Rs.51,850 per tola. nnnn COSTLIER HIMALAYAN CLIMBS WITH INCREASED INSURANCE Kathmandu, 5 June: The Ministry of Culture Tourism and Civil Aviation has fixed insurance amount as per the Mountaineering Regulations, RSS reports.. The amount was fixed as per the cabinet decision recently. As per the decision, the amount for liaison officer has been increased to Rs. 800,000 from Rs. 600,000, Rs. one million from Rs. 500,000 for mountain guides, from Rs. 400,000 to one million for high altitude workers, base camp workers from Rs. 350,000 to Rs. 800,000, and for local workers from Rs. 250,000 to Rs. 500,000, and Rs. 50,000 to not less than Rs. 300,000 for treatment of all of the above. Likewise, $ 10,000 has been maintained at least by increasing from $ 4,000 for emergency rescue insurance for search and rescue of dead bodies. The arrangement will be enforced from January 1, 2014, but the Ministry has requested to enforce it voluntarily in expeditions before that in the interest of stakeholders. Nnnn UPDATE DETAILS OF SUSHIL KOIRALA, PRESIDENT TALKS Kathmandu, 5 June: Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala called on President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav at the office of the President at Sheetal Niwas, on Wednesday, RSS writes.. During the meeting, they discussed on different issues including contemporary political issues of the country, delay in declaring the date of Constituent Assembly (CA) election, as well as on how to bring the dissenting parties to the election. On the occasion, Koirala urged the President to take initiative to bring the dissenting parties, which are against election process, to consensus, Koirala´s aide Laxman Dhakal told RSS quoting Koirala. President Yadav said that discussions and consultations were underway to bring the dissenting parties to consensus. Drawing the attention towards ongoing disagreements among political parties, he urged to reach to a conclusion soon. In response, Koirala assured him of forging consensus soon as political parties were holding talks and consultations on the disputed issues of the Constitution. nnnn
