HLPC MEET STARTS UPDATE Kathmandu, 9 June: A meeting of the high –level political meet (HLPC) of the Biig Three and Madesh Morcha got underway late Sunday afternoon. The parties are attempting to resolve differences on election laws for second constituent assembly elections.
