NOTORIOUS INDIAN CRIMINAL ARRESTED ALONG OPEN BORDER Kathmandu, 16 June: Notorious Indian criminal Rajan Jaiswal was arrested overnight by Nepal Police in no man’s land as he was crossing the open border, a FM radio broadcast said Sunday morning. Jaislaw was arrested before crossing the border. He was returning to India from Janakpur. Jaiswal is wanted for criminal activities in Bihar. The judicial council appointed judges at various tiers for the first time through supreme court Sunday. Judges have been selected for the first time through open competition.
