He was admitted to the hospital Wednesday with problems in his large intestine. nnnn CONSULTATIONS MONDAY TO FINALIZE ELECTION CODE Kathmandu, 24 June: The Election Commission (EC) has stepped up to finalize the code of conduct for the second Constituent Assembly election, The Rising Nepal reports.. The EC is scheduled to consult with different stakeholders for the formulation of the code of conduct from Monday. Election Commissioner Aayodhi Prasad Yadav, who heads a committee to frame the code of conduct, will hold discussion with all secretaries of the government ministries and other concerned bodies for the purpose. “The consultation will start from Monday and continue for 4 to 5 days to finalize the draft of the code of conduct” informed EC spokesperson Bir Bahadur Rai. He said the code of conduct would be brought into force after giving a final shape to it in the consent of the political parties. (Note::Government has proposed second constituent elections 19 November) Nnnn FISHING BANNED IN KOSHI TO SAVE SPECIES Kathmandu, 24 June: Fishing will be banned in Koshi tiver for three months. Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve prohibits fishing river every year sav e the fish species in the river. The fishing ban in Sunsari, Saptari, and Udaipur lasts from mid-June to mid-September. nnnn
