RESIDENTS OF KHALANGA TERRORIZED BY MAJAKALI UPDATE Kathmaandu, 17 June: Residents of Khalangaa in Darchula have been terrorized by the rising Makakali river dividing India and the far-West hill district as nearly three dozen government offices and three dozen houses were washed away by river that entered the town.
