THREE LEADERS EMPOWERED Kathmandu, 26 June; Leaders of UCPN Moaist, NC and UML have been empowered by a meeting of the JLPM Wednesday to hold talks with the opposition to bring 33 parties opposed to elections into the election fold. The meeting Wednesday morning decided to hold discussions with the election commission to remove obstacles for a vote. The assembly election is being held 19November.
