UPDATE DEUBA RETURNS FROM INDIA
Kathmandu, 14 June: Former Prime Minister and NC leader Sher Bahadur
Deuba returned from New Delhi after concluding a five-day visit.
Deuba said India desired a federal constitution.
He said the welcome he received in India was for the nation and party and
not for himself.
Deuba held discussions with Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan
Singh, main opposition Chairman Raj Nath Singh and other top leaders
and officials.

UML third ranking leader KP Sharma Oli left for India Friday soon after Sher Bahadr Deuba returned from New Delhi.
Oli alled hi Delhi visit personal.
He top UML leader is considered India friendly and the visit comes as Chairman Jhalanatah Khanal is not in the list of party leaders to visit the Indian
apital.
