Kathmandu, 17 June: Government district offices ad the hospitl at

Monsoon broke over Nepal Friday.
Roads have been clocked by landslides and swollen rivers have have swept
away people along banks including four members of a Regmi family in

UPDATE HLPM MEET OUTCOME
Kathmandu, 17 June: A meeting of the HLPM Monday decided to make
the declared 19 second constituent assembly election successful, Maoist
Vice-chairman Narayan Kazi Shrestha said.
The meeting decided to start a dialogue on issues raised by those
opposing elections, he added.
Te constituents of the body appealed for talks and wished ailing
President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav a speedy recovery.
