Nnnm UPDATE HLPM MEET OUTCOME Kathmandu, 17 June: A meeting of the HLPM Monday decided to make the declared 19 second constituent assembly election successful, Maoist Vice-chairman Narayan Kazi Shrestha said. The meeting decided to start a dialogue on issues raised by those opposing elections, he added.
