Kathmandu, 7 July: Gold gained Rs. 500 per tola Monday.

It was trading for Rs. 49,100 per tola I the bullion market.

Silver was trading for Rs. 705 per tola.

It gained Rs.5 per tola ion 24 hours.

149 BIRD SPECIES ON ENDANGERED LIST

Kathmandu, 8 July: Altogether 149 bird species are endangered in Nepal,

Bird Conservation Nepal said Sunday.

Altogether 861 species are found in the country.
