GOVT. CHIEF PARTY LEADERS HAVE FRANK DISCUSSIONS

Kathmandu, 15 July:  Chairman Khil Raj Regmi held discussions Monday with leaders of the HLPM.

Regmi asked leaders of the constituents of the body to help create an atmosphere for November elections by bringing opposition into the election process and the voting process as well.

Government chief assured leaders he’s readyto work together with parties.

Leaders of four parties asked the government chief not to take long-term decisions like setting up Indian immigration offices at Lumbini and Pashupatinagar.

Party leaders also asked  the government chief to fill vacancies in top government jobs.

GOLD PRICE INCREASES RS.500 PER TOLA

Kathmandu, 15 July: Gold price increased Rs.500 per tola Sunday.

It was trading at Rs.50,900 per tola.

16 INJURED IN BUS ACCIDENT

 

Kathmandu, 15 July:  Sixteen persons were injured,, four seriously, at  Baliya in Morang Monday.

The vehicle was going to from to Itahari from Kakarvitta.
