Kathmandu, 2 July: Samyukta Jantantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (SJTMM) led by Sanjaya Gupta00 an armed terai group-- and SP led by former Minister Rajendra Mahato announced their merger.

The move was announced in the capital ahead of  the 19 November

constituent assembly polls.

Tuesday.

It was traded for Rs 49,150 per tola with the gain..
Price increased with gold price increase in the international market.

INDIAN MAOISTS KILL POLICEMAN IS JHARKHAND Kathmandu, 2 July: A Superintendent of Police along with his driver and three security guards was killed in a Maoist attack in Jharkhand´s Pakur district on Tuesday, PTI reports from Ranchi/. Pakur SP Amarjit Balihar, a 2003 batch IPS officer, his driver and the guards were ambushed by the Naxals when they were returning to Pakur, after attending a meeting in Dumka, a senior official said. The incident took place near the forests of Amrapa, nearly 400 km from capital Ranchi.
