ELECTION CHIEF BRIEFS PRESIDENT OF ELECTION PREPARATIONS
Kathmandu, 3 July: Chief
Election Commissioner Neelkantha Uprety
Wednesday briefed President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav on
preparations for
the 19 November second constituent assembly elections.
Their meeting was the first after the president returned
home following a medical check-nnnn.
