NEPAL LOSES TO INDIA IN SOUTH ASIAN FOOTBALL

Kathmandu, 30 July: Nepal loses to India by a solitary goal in the final of the

second SAFF U-16 Championship in the Nepalese capital Tuesday.

Nepal has been without a title for two decades.

India have clinched the second SAFF U-16 Championship title defeating hosts Nepal 1-0 in the final at the Dasharath Stadium on Tuesday.

Jerry Lalrinzuala scored the goal in the 18th minute of the first half.
