PRESIDENT TELLS NC’S PAUDEL MAJOR PARTIES RESPO0NSIBILITY TO CREATE ELECTION ATMOSPHERE

Kathmandu, 3 July: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Wednesday asked

Big Three and  Madesh parties were responsible to create an environment for the 19 November second constituent assembly elections by bringing the opposition into the voting process.

The president said the parties should be active in creating an environment for he vote.

He told this Wednesday to NC Vice-president Ram Chandra Paudel who is deputizing for President Sushil Koirala away in USA for medical treatment.
