Kathmandu,, 29 July: -  UCPN (Maoist) Chairman and coordinator of the High Level Political Committee (HLPC) Prachanda held discussions with  MUFN Chairman Upendra Yadav.
Yadav opposes participation in the 19 November assembly with the status quo.
Prachanda is trying to create an environment for the vote.

Kathmandu, 29 July: Laxman Mehta and Mohammad Shani Thakurai

of MJFR joined MJFL ked by Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar Monday.

Gachedhar welcomed them at party headquarters in the capital.

Mehta is a central committee member of

Sharat Singh Bhandari-led National Madhesh Socialist Party (NMSP).

ANOTHER COMMISSION MEMBER APPOINTED

Kathmandu, 29 July:Professor Chudaraj Upreti was ppoited Monday
member of the Constituency Delimitation Commission (CDC).
Madhu Nidhi Tiwari  resigned.
The five-member commission headed by retired supreme court justuice Tariq Ali Ansari is facing difficulty redefining 240 electoral constituencies for the 19 November vote.
It got aa 10day extension from government after completing a 30-day deadline to make suggestions.
