BIRD FLU BREAKS AT  MORE BHAKTAPUR FARMS

Kathmandu, 3 Aug.: Amid panic in the medieval town visited by hundreds of tourists every day, bird flu broke out Saturday at six more poultry farms in

Bhaktapur.

Until Friday, avian flu that is assuming epidemic proportion, the flu has broken out at eight farms.

Culling has started amid shorate of personnel to contain the disease

spread.

Ban and transport of chicken 7 August by which time health officials expected to contain the disease spread.
