NEPALI RUPEE SLIPS AGAINST DOLLAR

Kathmandu, 16 Aug.: The Nepali rupee depreciated against the US

dollar Friday after greenback gained against the Indian rupee.

The Nepali rupee depreciated to Rs 99.02 against the US dollar.

Nepal Rashtra Bank has a fixed rate against the dollar and the rate was charged to maintain the fixed rate.

The central bank fixes daily dates of te rupee agai9nst onvertble currencies.
