Saturday takes over the rotating leadership of the HLPM for one month from

Maoist Chairman Prachanda for the second time..

The body of three parties and some Madeshbadi parties supports the

Government; the mechanism has been called unconstitutional.

It was formed by the major parties to control a government of retired civil

servants formed after parties couldn’t form a government. because of

mutual suspicion.
