CHAIRMAN REGMI, PRESIDENY MEET

Kathmandu, 23 Aug.; Chairman Khil Raj Regmi and President Dr.

Ram Baran Yadav held discussions Friday on procedures for the 19 November election.

The meeting comes a day after major opposition parties and a HLPM behind government agreed in principle agreed to hold a roundtable conference in principle to resolve election differences.
