Kathmandu, 13 Aug,: Bird flu broke out at six more farms in the capital and

Bhaktapur Tuesday.

Calls have been made for new effective measures to fight what is turning out to

be a flu epidemic.

Avian fluwas detected in neighbouring Kavre Monday.

The flu has affectyed all three Valley districts

TALKS WITH ASHOK RAI  UPDATE

Kathmandu, 13 Aug.: Preliminary talks on opposition demands to participate in

the 19 November elections continued Tuesday.

HLPM also held preliminary talks with Ashok Rai’s Federal Socialist Party.

The mechanism behind government held separate talks wit MJFN of Upendra Yadav.

Government held preliminary talks on 18 demands of the 33-party opposition alliance.
