ELECTION UPDATE
Kathmandu, 1 Aug.: The Election Commission (EC) is in the
final phase of locating the polling centres across the country for the November
19 elections to the Constituent Assembly, RSS reports..
"The commission is making final preparations for the polling centres", said Commission spokesperson Bir Bahadur Rai.
He also said that the EC is working for human resources management essentials for the elections.
The Commission has also organised trainings on various aspects of the election, approved the election observation guidelines and processing the voters list, said Rai.
